Pictures from the Vernon Health Fair....a little late, but better than never :) The top picture is my 'Crew' I couldn't have been as successful or taken bathroom breaks without them...lol;) Seriously... I love these people. The love and support we give each other is never ending. That is what I bring forth in what I do. I want to support people on all different levels.

For those of you reading this that may have stopped by, I hope we were able to demonstrate for you that Yoga is for Every Body at ANY AGE. We had an additional raffle prize winners for Spirited Health.....Congratulations Nicole Foley :) and I performed energy work on some people too! It was a great time with some great vendors.
