I bring with me to your mat my Nursing knowledge in a unique way. I help you achieve your personal goals and assist you to alleviate barriers (both mental and physical) allowing you to safely stretch and build flexibility in your body. My goal is to help improve your health and overall well-being. Body mechanics and honoring where you are at in your current practice are essential for a safe Yoga practice. I work 1:1 with beginners to intermediate level individuals. A personal lesson affords you the opportunity to work on specific target areas that you would like to work on, build overall strength and flexibility and help you feel balanced physically, mentally AND emotionally. You will learn how to fine tune your body alignment and breathing techniques. With proper alignment and mindset, you can take your practice into any of the Yoga genres and be assured a safe practice.

This is an All- levels Class. Perfect for athletes and former athletes of all ages. This class is moderately paced and promotes deep, even breathing while stretching all the areas.   I teach each pose at all its levels to accommodate everyone from the Beginner to Advanced.

**Drop-ins are welcome as space allows at $15 so, please call ahead. Sign-up on a first come, first in basis.


Gentle- Yoga

Focuses on classic postures and correct alignment in the body. Ideal for new beginners and those with chronic pain issues, or even those more advanced practitioners who want to work on conscious alignment. I am able to specially tailor the class to each persons need and give individualized attention to each student.

Parent- Child Yoga

(Summer Program)

This class is for ages 7-10 and is perfect for experiencing Yoga through your child's eyes and provide a unique bonding experience like no other.  Class is taught in a creative and playful way that will allow a partnership between you and your child. Each additional child beyond the parent-child pair is $5.

Parent- Child Yoga

(6-week Program)

Wednesday- 9 am-9:30 am

Cost: $60 for a 6-week session

 

This class is for ages 3-5 and is perfect for experiencing Yoga with movement, music and play. Seeing Yoga though your child's eyes and experiencing this time with them is a unique bonding experience like no other.  Class is taught in a creative and playful way that will allow your child to explore and socialize. Each additional child beyond the parent-child pair is $3.

Please preregister for this class. Class will need a minimum of 5 children to run.

**At home props: an adult size shirt, bell, small stuffed animal (think Beanie Babies or Squish Mallows) and a pillow.


Tween Program

(1-week Summer Program)

Daily- 8 am- 2 pm

Cost: $350 for 1 week session

Session starts TBD (Call ahead to register. Must have a minimum of 5 participants to run.)

This class is for ages 10-13. In this daily week-long program, Tweens will learn about mindfulness, self-love & empowerment and gratitude. They will learn teamwork and acceptance of self and others through making of various crafts, exercises and discussions. There will of course be plenty of Yoga and games!

My mission is to give these children a sense of community and self as they begin to navigate through what can be challenging years of self-discovery ahead and is perfect for potentiating friendship bonds.
