I took a picture of such a beautiful moment at the end of one our chair classes. I am so grateful for every-single-one of these ladies. They could practice Yoga anywhere, but they chose to practice with me. Some of them have followed me since 2013. I am truly blessed to have such loyal students from which to teach and learn from.
