Before ramping up for the Holiday season, come wind down with Robin Zenczak. Robin is a Registered Nurse and a graduate from Sacred Rivers in 2014. In her workshop Improving Your Life One Breath at a Time, Robin will talk about stress. Where it comes from, how it effects your mind, body and spirit --And how to manage it. She will teach you how by combining breathing techniques and different methods of meditation you are able to decrease stress and stay in a place of health and ease longer in your life.
In achieving this invaluable skill, you can experience longer term benefits in your total health and well being; such as lowering your cholesterol and blood pressure, improving your mental clarity and even managing your weight and chronic pain. It will run just under 2 hours ending with a guided meditation. I invite you to start your season of peace from a place of grounded gratitude.
