I can't believe it is already here!!! Come see me on March 26th between 10am -4 pm at the Vernon Holistic Health Fair Located in Vernon, CT. I will be in Booth 104. I will be giving out gifts and demonstrating Yoga poses--talking about which ones are right for each individual. I will be offering FREE mini recharge energy sessions and will be talking about the benefit of deep controlled breathing on our health as well.
